Our sourcing process

A structured route from enquiry to supply.

Each enquiry is reviewed against the buyer's product, specification, quantity, destination and documentation needs before a product-specific commercial offer is developed.

01

Understand the requirement

Review API name, exact chemical form, grade or specification, trial and annual quantity, preferred pack, destination and schedule.

02

Identify supply options

Coordinate with potential Indian manufacturing sources for the requested product and applicable specification.

03

Align specifications

Review the requested standard and compare it with the manufacturer's specification and available batch CoA.

04

Coordinate documents

Coordinate available product, batch, manufacturer, stability and regulatory information for buyer evaluation.

05

Commercial & export support

Develop a product-specific offer and coordinate shipment documentation for the agreed transaction and destination.

Documentation coordination

Information for a considered product evaluation.

Documentation is coordinated according to the selected manufacturer, API, batch, buyer's request and destination-market requirements.

What can be coordinated?

Documents and technical information may be requested for buyer review, subject to manufacturer availability and authorisation to share.

  • Product-specific specification and batch information
  • Manufacturer and manufacturing-site details
  • Applicable quality and stability support
  • Regulatory information, where available
  • Export and shipment documents for the transaction
PRODUCT & BATCH

Product quality information

Certificate of Analysis (CoA), product specification, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and available analytical information.

MANUFACTURER & STABILITY

Source information

Manufacturing licence, applicable GMP evidence, manufacturing-site details and stability support.

IMPURITIES & DECLARATIONS

Technical declarations

Related substances, residual solvents and applicable elemental impurity, nitrosamine or TSE/BSE information.

REGULATORY SUPPORT

Regulatory files

DMF / ASMF or CEP information, where available, with relevant access or authorisation arrangements.

Documents are subject to manufacturer availability, authorisation to share and destination requirements. Certifications and quality evidence apply to the relevant manufacturing site and API. Listing a document here does not imply that it is available for every product or source.
Specification alignment

Start with the required standard.

Enquiries may specify a recognised pharmacopoeial standard or an agreed in-house specification. The offered grade must be supported by the selected manufacturer's specification and CoA. Availability of every grade is not implied.

USPBPPh. Eur. (EP)IPAgreed in-house specification
Packaging & export coordination

Product-specific packing and shipment planning.

Packaging, storage, transport conditions and shipment paperwork are confirmed against the selected manufacturer's approved system and the requirements of the destination.

PACKAGING OPTIONS

Indicative export packaging

Proposed options may include sealed pharmaceutical-grade polyethylene liners within fibre or HDPE drums, with additional moisture or light protection where supported by the approved packaging system.

SHIPMENT DOCUMENTATION

Documents agreed for each transaction

Shipment documents may include commercial invoice, packing list, certificate or declaration of origin, transport documents and applicable customs, insurance or permit documentation.

Final pack size, labelling, storage and transport conditions are product-specific. Labelling identifies the product, manufacturer, batch, net weight and applicable retest or expiry information, as relevant to the approved product and packaging arrangement.
